Community Connection Consulting Service, Inc. (C3S), (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Project Administrator”) in partnership with the City of Wichita, Kansas (City) is seeking qualified nonprofit proposers to provide contractual services for the above listed project. If your organization is interested in submitting a response, please do so in accordance with the instructions contained within this Request for Proposal.
