Nationally and locally, minority communities have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19. This campaign

strives to improve health literacy, address health disparities and positively impact health outcomes amongst Black/African American,Asian, Hispanic/Latino, Native American and other vulnerable communities. We welcome partnerships that meet this mission. Here are some ways that we can make a difference together:

ORGANIZATIONS

  • Collaboration and promotion of events that address health disparities or promote COVID-19 vaccine/testing/prevention

  • Distribution of PPE 

  • Facilitation of focus groups/discussions that address community needs

  • Access to incentives and more!

HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

  • No-cost training to improveprovider-patient relationships 

  • Patient/Provider surveys designed to measure understanding and health outcomes

  • Development of culturally-relevant health literacy material

HEALTH CARE CLINICS

  • Professional marketing and promotion of COVID-19 vaccine/testing clinic events

  • Staff support at clinic events

  • Targeted community outreach
