In partnership with the Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi), Inc. the African American Council of Elders and the Wichita Black Alliance will be hosting a time of African-Centered togetherness and emotional support in the form of Sawubona Healing Circles!

It is important to note: These circles are NOT therapy!

They are supportive & private places. 

Safe places to de-stress and learn skills to manage stress.

Come when you can and use as you need.

Meetings will be 30 – 60 minutes.

It is best to try to be there at the beginning.

It is preferred that you stay for the full meeting yet you can leave early if necessary.

The Circles are safe spaces. No personal information is shared about attendees outside the circle.

No ongoing commitment required.
